Tokyo Type Directors Club

Tokyo Type Directors Club (Tokyo TDC) was found in 1987 with the mission to firmly establish the field of "type direction.". It has involved extensive and deep searches into the visual expressions of letters, going far beyond conventional character designing. It's main activity is the annual international design competition which Embracing free-flowing ideas, flexible rules and a perceptive eye for quality.
